About Our La Crescenta-Montrose, CA Air Quality Technicians

We are a local La Crescenta-Montrose, CA team of NADCA-certified (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) professionals. We are not a carpet cleaning company. We are indoor air quality specialists trained in the safe, effective "source removal" of harmful contaminants, including wildfire soot, ash, and dust.

The "Hidden Danger" in Your HVAC System

Wildfire smoke isn't like regular dust. It's a toxic mix of fine particulate matter, soot, and ash.

• It Gets Trapped: Your HVAC system pulls this air in, and the particles settle in your ductwork.
• It Recirculates: The next time your AC or heat kicks on, it "wakes up" these particles and blasts them into your living space.
• It's a Health Risk: This particulate matter is a known respiratory irritant, triggering asthma, allergies, and other health issues.

When Should You Clean Your Ducts?

• After a nearby wildfire (even if you just smelled smoke for days).
• If you see fine, dark dust (soot) settling on sills or surfaces.
• If a "smoky" or "burnt" smell lingers, especially when the AC turns on.
• If your family is experiencing new respiratory issues.

Our "Source-Removal" Cleaning Process

We use the only method approved by NADCA.

• Agitation: We use high-powered, rotating brushes to scrub the inside of your ducts and dislodge all caked-on soot, ash, and dust.
• Extraction: We connect a massive, truck-mounted HEPA vacuum to your system. This creates negative pressure, pulling all the dislodged contaminants out of your home and trapping them.
